A duplex loft in Soho by David Hotson

This bright and spacious duplex loft located in Soho, New York City has been designed by architectural design firm David Hotson Architect and is a stylish space that features a simple color palette in the main areas, defined by plain white but spiced up with vibrant hues. Full ceiling height living room and dining room benefit from natural light all day long thanks to the majestic windows placed from one end to the other.

The sea of white highlights the contemporary furnishings, while a touch of  life is added by a black piano and colorful pillows and upholstered stool. The connection between the two levels of this duplex loft is ensured by two white minimalist staircases. The rest of the interior is also modern decorated, with clean lines, but with a different color scheme going from all bright white to a deep, rich eggplant, lacquered blacks and rich wood tones. A playful painting and full stacked bookcases lift up the mood in the other rooms.
