Acacia honey dipper by Miriam Mirri

The hexagonal shapes of a honeycomb form a beehive with two star-shaped flowers on each end. Lightweight, its hollow interior is ready to scoop up some honey. Resting on a tapered stem, together the two steel elements form a single object to dip the desired amount of honey out of the jar, transfer it to another container and stir. “Acacia” is designed to work with different consistencies of honey, especially the liquid or semi-liquid types used to sweeten hot drinks or accompany side dishes and desserts. It is dedicated to honey producers, consumers and all those who delight in the taste of this natural food’s many varieties.
