XAN by MAPA Architects is a single family residence, located in the condominium Xangrilá in the southern city of Porto Alegre. This summer house has a freedom agenda, it is a place of enjoyment and outdoor living. The self imposed condition to play was a key factor for the project and proposal. The ground-level is social, the intimate lives are separated and isolated. The separation is simple. Filters and visual content expansion space for rooms and maximum contact with the environment and spaces that extend to all of the land, on the ground floor. Antagonistic and complementary set of spaces and experiences.
