Jay Z debuted a performance art film for his single “Picasso Baby” from his number 1 album Magna Carta…Holy Grail. The 10 minute documentary style video, which premiered on HBO, was shot at Pace Art Gallery in New York City and directed by Mark Romanek. It featured Jay Z performing and engaging with a crowd of fans with appearances from Wale, Taraji P. Henson, Rosie Perez, Michael K. Williams, Alan Cumming, Fab 5 Freddy, Magazeen,and Marina Abramovi.
