The apartment is an example of historical architecture. The house was built in the beginning of the 20th century and was owned by a neighbouring church. Its repair was already completed, but the client wanted to highlight the history of the house and to make the design striking and noble. Oleg Klodt created a music studio and an artistic atmosphere, which is great for an active bachelor’s residence. Though, the apartment can be easily transformed into a living space for a family in future. Traditional and modern furniture, unordinary design decisions and brick walls are combined together to create a rare harmonious style.
